Background, Education and Experience:
Mr. Pollow, senior attorney, was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980 and, admitted to the Texas Bar. Additionally, Mr. Pollow has been admitted to and practices before the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Pollow's advanced degrees include a B.B.A. with honors, a J.D. with honors, and a Masters degree in taxation from the University of Florida, where he received a tuition scholarship for academic excellence during his tenure; he is also a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for study in Contracts Law.

The law office is currently active in a varied scope of legal areas including Contracts Law, Civil Litigation, Divorce/Family Law, Corporate Law and Criminal Litigation; the office specializes in issues concerning Civil and Criminal, Federal and State Tax matters.

Of further interest, Mr. Pollow is a past member of the National Association of Security Dealers, Board of Realtors, State Insurance Commission and other business organizations.

Of additional interest, Mr. Pollow's law office has been and continues to be extensively involved in mitigation and negotiation of tax collection cases. As well as all aspects of state and federal tax issues.
